Investment Thesis
The key question for many private investors is no longer whether Bitcoin and Ethereum matter. It is how to access them without taking on the full burden of custody, governance, reporting, and execution yourself.
Passive vehicles offer convenience, but not much flexibility. Direct exposure offers control, but requires the investor to handle custody, reporting, and operational discipline. Broad crypto managers often dilute focus across too many assets and too many strategies.
The Fund offers a narrower model: two BTC/ETH-only funds inside one Cayman structure, with independent administration, annual audit, multi-custodian custody, and a controlled investor process. That gives private investors and family offices access to professionally managed BTC/ETH strategies without taking on the full operational burden themselves.
